Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

newsquestfy operates this website as a commercial platform providing corporate programming services targeted at businesses in Singapore. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and newsquestfy under the laws of Singapore.

Eligibility and permitted use

Only businesses and their authorised representatives may register for or use the corporate programming services. Individuals acting in a personal capacity are not eligible. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the organisation you represent. Permitted use is limited to legitimate corporate programming activities such as code development, system integration and related consulting. Any other use requires prior written consent from newsquestfy.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the site or services to upload malicious code, infringe third-party intellectual property, engage in unauthorised data scraping, or attempt to disrupt service availability. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, resell access without permission, or use the platform for any illegal purpose under Singapore law. Violations may result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Accounts, submissions and user content

Where accounts or submissions are created you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. Any code, documentation or feedback you submit remains your property but you grant newsquestfy a non-exclusive licence to use it for service delivery and improvement. You warrant that submissions do not infringe third-party rights and comply with all applicable Singapore data protection and export control rules.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, software and other content on the site are owned by newsquestfy or its licensors. Trademarks and trade names remain the exclusive property of their owners. You may view and download content solely for internal business evaluation. Any other reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited without express written permission. Limited quotation for criticism or review is permitted under Singapore copyright law provided proper attribution is given.

Third-party services and links

The site may contain links to third-party tools, libraries or hosting providers. These links are provided for convenience only. newsquestfy does not endorse, control or guarantee the accuracy, security or availability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms. newsquestfy accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on such services.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

newsquestfy aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The company may modify features, suspend accounts or terminate services at any time for operational, legal or security reasons. You may terminate your account by written notice. Upon termination all licences granted to you cease immediately while provisions concerning liability, indemnity and governing law survive.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

The services are provided on an as-is basis. newsquestfy makes no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement beyond those that cannot be excluded under Singapore's Unfair Contract Terms Act or Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Proportionate limitation of liability

Subject to mandatory Singapore law, the total liability of newsquestfy for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise and covers indirect or consequential loss only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless newsquestfy, its officers and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or any infringement of third-party rights attributable to your submissions or conduct.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in this clause affects your rights to seek remedies under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other mandatory consumer legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. newsquestfy may update these terms from time to time; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
